Im having trouble using my iphone 12 pro on our new virgin media wifi network.
I have called virgin and they have ran tests and said my connection and hub are all fine. The wifi works fine on all other devices.
My iphone will connect to the virgin wifi just fine and i can access the hub settings and see that my phone is connected to the wifi. however i cant access the internet whilst connected to it. I still have my old sky broadband until tomorrow and the phone works fine when connected to that and whilst on mobile data. I am completely baffled, any help appreciated!!

I have just solved this myself about 2 mins after posting this. under my personal hotspot on my phone i had "maximise compatibility" checked. I unchecked that and it is now working! strange!
