internet stops working at same time every night for abour 15min

Why at the same time every night does my internet stop working? 

Surly im paying for a service i am not receiving correctly?

i have read previous posts and it states you do up dates daily! but when im a poker player in a tournament the last thing i want is no internet connection. so how do i stop this happening?

Can you post your Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem
Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs as text into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (you will likely need to click the 'post' button again).

Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality)
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum!

The BQM will show the disconnects.

But what time at night does this happen and for how long has it been going on?

VM often do Network changes in the early hours at ~ 00.00-02.00 which disconnects everyone on the same circuit for a few minutes - but they usually only do this for a few nights in a row and then it stops.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Happens just after midnight for between 10-15 min. 
been happening every night for past 6-8 weeks
