internet signal dropping and slow with upgrade

for the last 5 months I've been experiencing sudden signal drops and slow speeds. I've phones the technical team around 6 times and have even had an engineer come out and change our hub.

I was then advised to upgrade my account yesterday, which we begrudgingly did, and now the signal is worse!

What is the connection like on a computer/laptop connected to the Hub by ethernet cable?

What Hub model is it and what are the lights on iit showing/doing when wifi connections drop out?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
