internet kept dropping

Hi all,

it seems, my internet seem to drop randomly. Yesterday (7th Sep) after 6pm access to internet drop till today 8th 7:30am. During the drop, sometimes I was able to log in to the router and sometimes the router didn't even release an IP. At this very moment, my VPN must have dropped/reconnect about 5x times.

I see the following on the log file:

Post up the rest of the hub stats as text thus:

Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (you will likely need to click the 'post' button again).

Apart from a couple of T3 timeouts - all those stats look perfect!

It'll be interesting to see if a BQM shows anything:

You can set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor' to monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality)
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum!

Hi Wise owl,

I have fixed the issue, nothing to do with the router, was my laptop. Just remove the wireless net card and reboot.

All working now. Apologies for the trouble. and thx in advanced for the help
