incorrect provider

basically my internet provider is showing as BT and my speeds barely reach 40mbps

i already said i'm not using them, they're not plugged in, i am straight wired into my router

Thanks for posting in regards to your connection and the speed test info being BT, it's really strange and we're eager to look into this further.
