There’s a device on my VM Connect that must’ve been connected some time ago. The device name is iPhone-4 and no one I know that has visited my house been had an iPhone 4. Could it just be a glitch?

I had my service installed today and Rachel, the technician, used her iPhone to check the connection so it appeared on my list.
However, the Connect app stayed on my phone for less than 10 minutes as it wanted to recombine the SSIDs, turned optimisation back on and enabled the guest network all by itself.
Just too much interference for my liking.

Was the iPhone-4 device Paused causing it to remain on the list ?

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your VM connect app. Have you been able to remove the device from your list since you last posted? if not, could it be the reason that Client62 advised of?
