Re: hub3 problem

Check you are using the number printed on the bottom of the hub and that you aren't confusing it with the wifi password.

Re: hub3 problem

To access the Hub Settings you don't need the Serial Number, you need the Settings Password.

Note: In modem Mode you need to use an ethernet cable connected device to connect to the Hub.

We can help you reset your router's admin password. You need your router's serial number, which can be found on the router label. Enter your router's serial number in the field and click the Continue button.

Re: hub3 problem

That doesn't sound right at all..

Have you rebooted the hub then tried?

Re: hub3 problem

Why would they block you?

If the password isn't working then factory reset the hub by doing a 60 second pinhole reset

Re: hub3 problem

The reset will take it back to factory defaults which is router mode.

All the passwords and wifi SSID's will be as per the sticker on the bottom of the hub.

Leave the power etc. on and just hold the button in for 60 then let go.
