my hub 3 keeps resetting all back to default settings only used to happen about once a month but now upgraded to VIVID 350 happening nearly every other day

I this is still an issue for you we would need to look at possibly swapping the hub for you as there are no issues detected when I have run checks our end for you.
I have sent a Pm for us to look into this further.
