Hi, 

Recently I called virgin media and was referred around to a number of people attempting to order a booster. The overwhelming result was that we got moved onto a more expensive package with the idea being it was able to support a booster. However after around 2 hours of calls, they told me they in fact couldn't order a booster and that I had to through the app. However, the app is absolutely confusing and I cannot seem to order a booster on it. 

I would like to order a booster please ASAP.

VM no longer supply boosters, and now use Pods.

You need to use the Connect app to identify the blackspots and the app will then allow you to order the pods.

Have you been able to try the Connect App per their advise?
