hub 3 red power light

On our wavelength

My Hub 3 has been showing a red light for a few weeks now , initially connection dropped , but after rebooting all seems to be working , however the light remains red. No signs of overheating as hub is in an open and well ventilated space.

could i request a replacement hub be sent out please as looking at other Qs of the same nature - this seems to be the general solution
