hub 3 issues

Unable to log in using the password on the sticker, any help greatly received

Do a  pinhole reset to factory settings.  Push the pin in to its stop point and hold for a "timed" 40 seconds do NOT restart the router after that.

U'name and password reverts to those on the sticker.  Are there two on there ? (there are on the SH2 - try both)

does anyone know how to allow VPN connection via HUB 3?

use it in modem mode with a PC or get a router for modem mode

I’m not technical but when using  my work laptop I have to log into the vpn, and I had issues today and the technical team asked me if my virgin hub allows vpn?

VPN on a Hub3 is a whole can of worms!   I will leave that to the experts to comment Smiley Happy
