Yesterday for no apparent reason I could no longer connect to hsbc.co.uk. I am linked directly to the superhub and have used a variety of browsers(deleting cookies). This is the first time I have had problems with this website and after having connected successfully with it for many years. I can connect on my mobile over Three network but with VM it just times out.
Is this something which could resolve itself on it's own or do I need to notify VM about it?
