frequent dropouts, disconnects

Hey.

Didn't think I'd need to post here but... these dropouts seem to be getting worse and worse and is affecting our ability to actually work in the house. Any idea what's happening? The Hub3 is ... Not Good. Previously Virgin had said they'd send a new box but that... never happened. Even when moving house. So here we are.

A lot of critical errors, lots of T3 dropouts. Please suggest anything? Do we need a new hub?
