We understand the frustration in regards to the issues experienced, we can see you have this raised in another thread which has been responded to. Posting in multiple threads doesn't get the issue resolved quicker and can mean that details are held across multiple threads making it harder to keep a track.
To prevent further issues we will close this thread, the other thread remains open, please feel free to respond or ask for updates there.
