data add ons refund

Hi there,

I had 4 days left of my plan with only around 5.3 MB left so i looked into seeing if it was worth buying the £10 1GB deal. However, as I clicked on ‘buy’ it immediately was bought while I was expecting it to instead go to a page where bank details were required or another button at least to confirm I wanted to buy it. 

I have not used any of the data and do not wish to use any of it anyway so is there a way to get a full refund on this add on?
