constant packet loss

 so yeah, this happens i restart it its fine for a few hours and this again. any solutions or opinion or advice? I'm using ethernet connection. thanks!

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome back to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to see you're having some problems with your service, with intermittent packet loss. I've had a look on our end, and it does appear that some levels on your service are out of their normal specification.

I'm going to send a private message, so we can look into getting somebody out to check this. Please look out for it in the top-right, purple envelope.
