Since a recent update to your app i can no longer use them as my phone is to old to be compatible as such I can no longer access wifi hotspots is there any way to do so as i never had a problem before the change

If you're a Virgin Mobile customer you can try this - but be aware that this only works for the 'Virgin Media' hotspots and not some of the others that the Connect app can configure your device for.

If you only have Virgin Fibre, then the Connect app is the only way to configure a device.

Thanks for the help unfortunately I'm NOT a virgin 'mobile' customer just tv/phone/broadband
