Hoping someone can help. I recently bought a device that can operate off of both 2.4ghz AND 5ghz frequency. Strangely wasnt getting a great signal from this device so logged in to hub 3. Under advanced settings>wireless>security - i can see it was only ticked for 5ghz. I changed this to 'both 2.4ghz and 5ghz' option. Clicked apply changes. it comes up saying successfully applied - woohoo! And i can see this is the fact. Soon as i click on ANYTHING else and then go back in - the little bugger has reverted back to just having the 5ghz ticked! So frustrating as it applies changes without issue then seems to cancel them back soon as you come out of it. The device is definitely capable of both 2.4ghz and 5ghz (why i bought it) so any suggestions on resolving this issue would be welcomed

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your Hub's wireless channels looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
Can I ask if Gary_Dexter's advice helped with the pinhole reset?
Also, I understand your device has the capability to operate on both channels, but I don't think the Hub can have both channels ticked at the same time for one device, which might be why it keeps reverting back to just the 5.ghz option. (even though I know it gives you the option to select both)
Could you try unticking 5ghz and just have 3.4ghz enabled please?
Lets see if that helps the performance of your radio 🙂
