I've been trying to access WireGuard VPN server.
This did work for a bit but has recently started failing when trying to a access via virgin media. All okay when accessing via mobile provider, O2.
Traceroute doesn't go beyond lang-dclcore-1a-port-channel1.network.virginmedia.net as noted below.
I'm running my hub as a modem.

By default Web Safe's Child Safe component blocks access to VPN sites and that is what has occurred here; IP Address returned for WireGuard VPN is not 81.99.162.48, this is Virgin Media's IP Address used for their Web Safe service. To correct this issue go to Web Safe Settings and either:
