Hi everyone.
So in brief. I'm connected to my hub via an ethernet cable. Open a browser and type the 192.168.0.1 ip and went into a virgin page where I'm asked for the password written below the hub (the one to access the settings) but it keeps saying that it is the wrong password.
The password has never been changed so I don't know what's happening. Any help, please?

So you need a new hub.
Either some hubs don't match their password when reset but are corrected to match and then uncorrected when reset or you just want a new hub.
I think VM should by default not have or need a password on reset
