broadband not working since morning - Area 03

the internet has been down since morning. I am working from home today and there is no internet. I have tried everything, restart the router, leave it off and then turn on, run diagnostics, check service status but nothing fixed it.

The virgin service status said my equipment is not turned on.

Hub diagnostics say the broadband is not connected.

Is there an existing fault that i should know of?

If there is no area fault showing on Service Status, you should assume your problem is local to you and report it to Virgin Media - 150 if you have a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111.

I'm in Area 03. This is the text of the service status page:

Broadband
 
You might find that you do not have any Virgin Broadband Wii-Fi connection at the moment, please reboot your modem to resolve
 

We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way.
