broadband errors

hi , i was wondering if someone could help me with the issues iam having with my broadband ,ive been noticing speed drops , wifi issues and gaming has been a nightmare recently . i have took some log files to show my issues , if someone could help me or even tell me what i need to do before i phone up to get it fixed , in case its something i have set up wrong .anyways here`s the logs

would i be better using hub3 as a modem and using netgear nighthawk as router or are my issues virgin side

cant use my hub 3 as modem , every time i switch to modem mode i get a red base light saying my modem is to hot even if its been off for 30 mins . it doesn`t have a red light in router mode . tried phoning virgin and every time virgin says my router is switched off ( even though i`am on internet at time ) and i`am stuck in a loop phoning them and them checking my router . think i need a replacement   Smiley Sad

Sorry to read you are having an issue with the broadband connection.

 

I can see from your account you called through to discuss this further. Has there been an improvement with the connection at all? Your line is showing as fine with no errors.

 

What speeds are you achieving? Does the wireless and wired connection disconnect?

hi , since talking to your team on the phone my issues all seem to be ok at the moment . they said they didnt see any problems but straight after the call everything seemed to work good , it was as if they switched a switch and fixed my problems .

will keep monitoring and let you know if it gets bad again
