booster

Just got Virgin installed and my WiFi in study has shown up a black spot therefore booster box suggested but don’t understand why I should have to pay for it!!!!

because all VM have to supply is a connection to the hub. Wifi and wired connections in your home are your responsibility.

In my opinion yet more money making schemes from VM.  Our house has a black spot in the office and a technician who visited advised me about the boosters.  When he tried to order a couple he was told I had to upgrade to the XL TV package! I am not going to change my TV package as I cant afford a larger package and don't want the channels anyway.  This is about connectivity, not TV.  VM only do half a job.  They promise lots, deliver very little.
