Hub 5 signal problems

My HUB 5 is on and most things connect to it but very slowly upstairs, but my App on my Phone suddenly can't connect to it or the Booster Hubs. So I can't fine tune it at all, I've Rebooted the Hub 3 and Boosters times but it still won't Work correct...

Hub red light

Resolved! WiFi Hotspots profile not installed

Can't get the app to connect to Hotspots.  It says WiFi profile not installed.  When I try to set it up it comes up with "something went wrong, there is no server response” it happens every time I try.  The old app used to work no problem
