wifi speeds really slow at night

Hi, over the last few days, I've been having issues at night with the wifi speeds just been slow. I never had the problem but at night, it becomes slow between 10 pm and 6 am.Does anyone have any ideas? In the manchester area

Just got Hub 5 delivered as upgraded to 1gb but the 3 pods we had before don't seem to connect. Tried connecting then to router with cable but that also hasn't worked. Is there any easy fixes?
