Move entry point to front of house

Wifi hub not working (no lights on)

Good evening, My Hub 3 has stopped working altogether. There are no lights illuminating at all. The plug socket is working when I plug in my phone charger so the hub itself is faulty. Can I request a replacement hub through here please? Thanks
