We can all understand the frustration of an unreliable service, more so when paying a premium, but there's times with VM that you have to put a bit of effort in to get problems fixed.  Maybe that doesn't seem right, but that's how it is.

So what specifically is the problem?  Slow download speeds?  Poor latency (ping/jitter)?  Disconnections?  All of those?

Then, do you have any devices connected to your hub by cable, is their performance different to wireless devices?

How long has the problem been going on, have you tried phoning the fault in, done any domestic checks on cable connections, restarted the hub or anything similar?

Try posting in correct section instead of having a childish rant and you may get some help.

Hello xijrs

Sorry to hear of the broadband issues experienced and the obvious frustration this is causing you, we can understand this and will do what we can to help get this resolved for you. Welcome to the forum.

From your post it appears to be a wireless network problem, as other members have already asked we would like some more details from you. What is the issue with the wireless network exactly? Do you experience the same issues over a wired connection? We have these tips available to help with broadband issues:

You mentioned also you struggle whilst gaming, is this on a specific game? What device are you gaming on? PC/laptop or a console? Do experience the same issues on every game you play online? So for example, if you're playing Warzone, do you get the same issue every time you drop in?  Or does it change from game to game?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
