got visited by a very well educated VM senior engineer, connector changed and here we go again, broadband is dead (I'm not suggesting this is due to the engineers' work by the way)
any clues please? thank you

it went fine thanks - just a bit of a scare yesterday morning as the router tried an automatic update but other than that it is now running smoothly
