another user suffering frequent disconnections - request support staff check my logs

I've previously posted about this problem before (https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/Quick-question-re-frequently-being-cut-off/...) and have since tried telephone support, but as with previous attempts to make progress have got nowhere. Users on this board were as helpful as they could be on my previous thread, so I thought I would try again here - this time with more complete logs.
