amazon echo connection

ive been having issues with amazon echo recently that it stopped connecting to wifi and now it is unable to connect to virgin hub 3

it connects to sky, bt and a friends virgin hub without a problem

I contacted virgin yesterday and spoke to the gadget rescue team they wanted to charge me for a problem I don't think is the amazon echo , even more so now after I spent 3 hours with an amazon engineer going through so many different things to no avail , yet virgin still say its not a modem problem

unhappy customer

Re: amazon echo connection

Ok, if that link didn’t work, maybe try a hard reset of the echo device.

if that fails, try a hard reset of your virgin hub.

there is no reason why it shouldn’t work, I have 3 different ones on my network.

IF i have helped you, please give me kudos / mark me as helpful, thanks

Go get your own router with 1Gb ports and put the hub in modem mode.

Re: amazon echo connection

The only way I could find sending a message was to put in a complaint
