after installing a Hub5 and having very bad connection on my Samsung A5 can i reinstall my Hub3 ?

As long you are not on 1 gig and you still have your hub 3 they can.  Hub 3 can only handle speeds of 600 if you have the 1 gig hub 3 and below are not compatible
