Did you mean:

a port in my Hub 5 router is accessible from the internet according to AVG

i did a device scan for any vulnerabilities on AVG Anti-Virus free and it turns out one of them is for the Sagem router.
it said a specific port number (42xxx) is open and reachable from the internet and tells me to close the open port, then links the admin page of the router.

is this of any concern? just wondering as the router is stock and hasn't had any modifications on it (not that you can with the Hub 5).
if it is an issue could i get some advice on how to close it please.

disable UPnP on the hub and reboot...but then what opened the port in the first place...

Hi kemanpana

Welcome to the Community Forums! Thanks for your post.

Were you able to follow the advice as kindly provided by legacy1? UPnP allows devices to set their own port rules, so turning this off might help mitigate the risk.
