Zoom, internet issues

Constant issues with Zoom and Internet Connection - cutting in and out and then dumps me out entirely.

Have just spoken to a support - a long painful call and no resolution

 - We checked my Hub = Hub 3

 - I have mbps - 50 - 54.82 - Told No Issue with that speed

- I use Ethernet connection - not WiFi - have done with all internet connections for 20yrs - said Not the problem

- Told me to use a different browser rather than Google ?? DOES ANYONE ELSE DO THAT ? seems a unhelpful suggestion ?

- Then said they wanted me to try something in the windows 'command prompt'  i accessed that & they cut-off without me inputting anything in command prompt.

What do I do now ?   I am not a major tecchy person  - am older age group ! However i use ZOOM weekly for large important meetings and this is now a MASSIVE issue

I don't use an APP ? - as i said in my post I use GOOGLE browser

Post your Downstream and Upstream power levels and network logs. Copy and paste, do not use screenshots.

Also setup a BQM here www.thinkbroadband.com/ping  Once you have done this we can comment on the state of your broadband connection.

OK - no need for the CAPS.

Try using the APP instead of GOOGLE browser and see if it’s any better.
