Hi
I have had Virgin Media broadband for 6 months and am using it for working from home. It had been working totally fine until about 3 weeks ago when it started disconnecting the work computer multiple times a day. Some days more so than others.
Have now found out it’s due to work using a VPN which I understand Virgin have issues with though I did check to make sure Child Safety is turned off, but it was so it’s definitely nothing to do with that particular setting. Is there any way other ways of getting around this issue?

To be sure Child Safe has not silently re-engaged, use Google Public DNS on your office laptop.
If when using Google DNS the VPN issues persist, this is a problem for your office IT team to resolve.
