Hi my wired Internet is working but the wireless Internet is not working? There are no lights on my hub 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ has it just broke?

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your Wireless connection. 

I have taken a look on our system and everything seems to be working as it should be. 

Can you confirm if you're continuing to have this issue?
