Wired Connection ok but Wireless not so much?

Tuning in

My wired connection is fine but for a couple of weeks my wireless connection has not worked at all.

I have left the box off an restarted after a while and reset it but my box doesnt even show up on a list of available hubs.

I have a fairly new hub that was replaced about four months ago.

Please help!

Is it a Hub3 or Hub4?

Try a pinhole reset on it first as below. Report back
_____________

Do a Hub “pinhole reset” - make sure the 2 passwords on the Hub sticker are still there and legible first ! Disconnect any ethernet cables from the Hub (leave the coax connected), and then with the Hub still "switched on" throughout, press pin in firmly with paper clip/SIM tray tool or similar "thin thing" and hold it firmly for at least 60 seconds, release the pin, leave for 5’ to stabilise - dont manually switch it off at any time. Passwords will reset to those on the sticker. See if that sorts it.

Hi Danosaurus75

How are things looking now?

Were you able to do that pinhole reset?
