Hello, I am a new client with virgin media, I have been with the WiFi for a month and 1/2 but it has been slow, it does not let me see video, the connection goes away every so often, it does not work when they have video calls, it does not help me to work the WiFi, I am paying for a 125 megabyte WiFi but it does not work well for me, please I need help to fix it because otherwise I will have to unsubscribe and look elsewhere, thanks.

Your problem is with WiFi you can get a better router with hub in modem mode
