Hello ,, i have a new Broad band, it shows weak security on the WiFi connection!! Doesn’t look normal.

What device is showing as weak security? Is it a phone?  If iOS have you read the "sticky"  iOS 14 'Weak Security' - Virgin Media Community - 4410050

I'm sorry to hear this, I appreciate this is frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

 

This message is nothing to worry about, your Wi-Fi is still secure. As helpfully advised by Adduxi above, if it's an iOS device you're having issues with, please follow the advice outlined in the attached thread. 

 

If it's not an iOS device that's popped up with the weak security message, please pop another post on this thread and we'll advise further.
