My Samsung J4plus did a software upgrade. Since then my wifi keeps dropping out. I did a complete factory reset but still having issues. Someone suggested there might be an issue with the connection to virgin, although it is happening with other networks sometimes too.
Yes, I've been in touch with Samsung and told them I'm sure it is to do with recent upgrade. They've taken me through all the ways to resolve this and are now talking about sending the phone away. I don't want to do that if there is a chance the next upgrade may resolve tbe issue.
