Wifi regularly dropping

Hello

wondering if anyone can help me diagnose this. My internet recently has been terrible. It seems like at least once daily it completely shuts down, and the router needs resetting to bring it back. Network log below:

Re: Wifi regularly dropping

Hi Josh2,

Welcome to the community. It's nice to have you here.

I'm sorry to read you are having an issue with the broadband connection.

Looking at your account, everything has come back as fine with no faults.

Does this only happen on wireless devices? Have you tried through wired to see if this has the same issue?

Do you notice any lights change on the router at all?

Speak soon
Sam

Re: Wifi regularly dropping

The solution might be as simple as moving closer to the router or moving the router closer to you. As you lessen the distance between the router and your device, you strengthen the odds of a good connection.
