Wifi pods

Hi, i am a volt customer and always struggled to get wifi signal in my bedrooms upstairs. 

I just recently found out that i can order wifi pods to resolve this issue. I used VM connect app to test the signals and it came back with 6mb speed and suggested to order wifi pod. 

Can someone from VM kindly send me one to help me resolve the issue. Thx

Thanks for reply. Can you please look into ordering wifi pod for me because i cant use netflix upstairs due to low signals. Its very frustrating. Thx.

I have been trying to get in touch with chris but was not able to get hold of him. However, someone else from vm team messaged me to say "not to send private messages" which add to my confusion and disappointment. Thanks for your response though
