Hi problems ordering wifi pods
3x times now put an order in on the phone talking to Agents Taken 15-20 minutes a time telling me it's all ordered No orders appear on my account every time they Apologised still nothing i won't to order 2x more pods if possible on here because I am not phoning anymore 😡 not happy

I’m so glad I’m not the only one!!
Engineer said I need a pod and to order one on the app.
Connect app shows poor wifi but doesn’t give me an option to order.
Attempted Twitter who told me that I had to phone, attempted to phone, went round in circles for 20 minutes -I give up!!
