Wifi pods will not connect to hub 4. All 3 have white blinking lights. Numerous calls to helpline, pods replaced & 3 engineer visits. Lots of reboots/resets then Hub 4 was also replaced & still same. Been over 2 weeks now trying to get my pods back working. Told it's a back office issue & not to call CS line anymore and likely pods not linked to hub, which makes sense but no one seems to be able to sort it out and keep me updated & have no idea who I should be contacting. Visiting engineers have said it's no longer a technician's issue. Hub is also showing as not online in VM back office system but I do have Wifi from hub in house. So frustrated with service and lack of communication. Anyone who can help me sort this out?
