Wifi pod not working. Constant intermittent internet. Absolutely pee off at Virgin

You can try to see if re positioning the pod works to better the signal upstairs. As mentioned if you put the pod within the blackspot it has no signal to boost forward, so you'll need to place the pod in an area with a strong and stable signal for the pod to boost this further to those areas. 

Please ensure that you pod is in a mains socket and not in an extension, away from all other devices and out in the open being well ventilated and not behind furniture or next to smart plugs.
