Hi, I recently upgraded from the hub 3 to the hub 4 but my wifi pod i hade with my hub 3 wont connect to my hub 4, can someone please help me

Interestingly I haven’t spoken to anyone - I just got a mysterious text saying my issues were resolved. I plugged the pod back in and it seems to be ok at the moment so fingers crossed!
