Wifi pod - unknown status on the app

Kindly help and guide! The Wi-Fi pod keeps giving unknown status on the app. It's about 5 metres away from the hub.

Sorry to hear you've not been able to see the status of the Wi-Fi pod on the application. 

Is this applicable to this one device only?

Have you possibly tried logging out and then logging back into the application to see if this allow the status to update?
