Wifi pod not connecting

Hello,

Just received my first WiFi pod and it will not connect after multiple attempts to run the setup through the connect app. Just keeps timing out and then gives the option to 'try again'. Have rebooted the hub. Even tried a connection with the pod in the same room as the hub just to see if it would work there but nothing. Assuming a dud pod?!?

Appreciate any support can get on this.

Sorry to hear about these issues with your Wi-Fi pod connecting! We may just need to make sure that the pod is paired correctly so it can connect to the hub. If not, we can always arrange a replacement being sent to you!
