My wifi is not working. It is flashing green, I have tried to re set, but it then just comes up with an amber coloured light. With no internet connection.

I would be more worried about the NO internet connection than WIFI.

Do wired connections work ok?
In other words - is this a broadband fault, or a router/WiFi fault?

Which LEDs on the hub are flashing green? It could mean the hub has no connection to the VM CMTS at the other end of the cable. Have you phoned 150 to see if there are any problems in your area?
