You dont say what Hub model you have. If a Hub 3 try this if you haven't - a pinhole reset with a twist - as per message 12 - has helped a lot of people this week. Post back if it hasnt solved it - there are other things to try.

Welcome to the community. I'm really sorry to hear of the connection issues with the laptop. If you're still having issues can you try changing the wireless channel? Is the laptop connecting to the 2.4 or 5 GHz network?
