Wifi not working - flashing red light on hub

My hub is not working - my Hub 4 has been flashing red.

I've checked the app and there are no faults reported in my area.

I've turned off/on again twice.

I've pressed the reset button for 20sec as suggested.

Turned off again.

The hub flashes white on and off and after several minutes flashes red.

 

Can anyone help?

I am so sorry that you have had this experience and thank you for trying these steps first. 

 

I do think it would be best for us to arrange for an engineer to come and take a look for us. I will pop you a PM so we can arrange this now, please keep an eye out for the purple envelope in the top right corner of your screen alerting you to a new message.
